Welcome to Garfield Primary School
 Dear Families and Friends of the Peaceful Kingdom, It is with pleasure that I welcome you to the Garfield Primary School website. Ours is an extraordinarily busy and productive school with parents, students and staff that are absolutely committed to providing the very best in educational services to our community. We are quite proud of our school and the work that we do and are anxious to share with you those things that make ours a very special school. Adopt-A-School Partner Gives School a Sign of Support
When Tyng Primary School closed at the end of the 2008/2009 school year, long-time Adopt-A-School Partner, the Rotary Club of Peoria, continued supporting staff and helping students by making a move to Garfield Primary School. In just the first year of the new partnership, the Rotary has provided large rotating groups of members and spouses to read with students each week. The Rotary also continues to impact the school in other ways, too.
